Because comfort and accessibility matter, Picaflor Yoga is fully mobile. I bring the entire experience directly to you, creating a peaceful, supportive environment wherever you are. I provide all the props you may need (blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps) and guide you through a practice that is tailored to you. Whether we’re practicing in your living room, office, backyard, or a rented space, my goal is to make it feel grounded, inspired, and easeful.
